1.      BRONZE: *FREE PACKAGE
We will market your property for free on sites such as those listed on the attached flyer (Trulia, Oodle, E-Flyers, Realtor Announcement sites etc.) You will NOT PAY ANYTHING for this service at any time. All potential buyers will receive your contact info upon request. Why will we do this? All great listings bring traffic to our website. It’s purely self advertising.

b.      No Contracts Required

2.      SILVER: *FREE UNLESS THE BUYER COMES FROM AN AGENT VIA THE MLS OR MLS FEEDS
This package gives you extensive marketing including sites that are exclusive to MLS feeds. You will be listed in the MLS and all sites that use the MLS feed. With this package, there is no up front fee. You only pay if we sell your house via an agent bringing the buyer from the MLS. There would be a written agreement package that states if you find the buyer – YOU PAY NOTHING. This means via your open houses, your contacts, your signs etc. Your fee would be 5% of the sales price. This includes the buyer agent commission and our fee for marketing, negotiating, contracts, escrow, inspections, and closing. If the buyer is NOT generated via the MLS through a licensed agent, THIS PACKAGE IS FREE.

b.      General listing contract provided with the exclusion stating that we only get paid if the buyer comes via a licensed Realtor from MLS Data.



3.      GOLD: The Real Deal: WE DON’T GET PAID UNLESS THE HOUSE SELLS – this package is for motivated sellers that really need to get the house sold. You will receive:

a.        Photos that are guaranteed to capture the buyers (and agents) interest

b.      A full service virtual tour

c.       Paid featured Websites including feature spots on sites such as Realtor.com, Trulia.com, and Zillow

d.      Custom competitive market analysis to better your position

e.       Paid Internet blasts to agents and buyers coast to coast

f.       Search Engine Promotion to generate traffic to your website and home

g.      Open House Services (if desired)
