A “Mega” in the eyes of Gary Keller and his company Keller Williams Realty, is basically a real estate agent who has gone from handling all of the real estate business himself/herself to working through leverage. Leverage as we mentioned is shown here as Assistants, Buyers Specialist, Listing Specialists, Showing Agents and so on. A Mega does not always place themselves on a path to the 7th level but it is taught. A 7th level mega no longer performs a specific roll on the team but refers only to his/her 3 leaders.
