If you did LESS than 24 transactions last year - you MAY have a problem with lead generation. In our business of Nevada Real Estate, many agents struggle with the lead generation element of their business which is THE MOST IMPORTANT part. Without leads, there is NO business.
This is where I come in. I am a FULL TIME (ok - those who know me know I'm more like a DOUBLE OVERTIME FULL TIME) Lead Generator. Other than managing my successful Real Estate Team which specializes in Listing, Marketing, and Closing Short Sales in Nevada, I am generating HUGE numbers of leads for my agents.
Here is MY PROBLEM....... Finding Hungry, Ethical, Hard Working, Willing to go after it and Stay on it, Proven Productive Agents with a STRONG work Ethic like we have at The Ballen Group and Keller Williams Realty Las Vegas.
Working internet leads is hard. It just is. You have to shovel through a lot of "lookie Loos" and "Fred Flinstone" buyers to find the gold. But THERE IS GOLD. I have 15 of them closing IN MARCH ALONE!!! Internet leads must be VALUED and treated as ready, willing, and able buyers until proven otherwise. They must be contacted within 5 minutes or less and then incubated and called until they buy or die.
